Shipping-

All orders are shipped from the United States of America using USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your order. It is our goal to get your order to you as soon as possible, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) once received. We cannot ship to Canada.

Tracking-

All “Flat Rate Priority box” will include tracking, Talking Hearts will send an email with your tracking number to the email account you provide during purchase. Please note that if you have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive this email.

For all Priority Orders when your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail “Order Confirmation” which will have your tracking number see sample-

Returns-

All sales are final. We may accept returns under special circumstances; however you must contact our office, return@talkinghearts.net , within 30 days of purchase to request permission. We will give you instructions on how to send your return. Please follow these instructions carefully, if they are not followed, your return will incur customs/duty charges that will result in the package being refused and returned to you. If the product is not in its original condition or has been used, no refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective products-

Please contact our office for a replacement, info@talkinghearts.net , within 30 days of purchase if you have received a defective product.
